Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Verdant Privacy interface and protocol.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By connecting your wallet and accessing the Verdant Privacy dApp, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you are prohibited from using the service.
2. Eligibility
You represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not a citizen or resident of any jurisdiction where the use of this software is prohibited by law. You strictly affirm that you are not a person or entity on any economic sanctions lists (e.g., OFAC, UN Sanctions).
3. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use Verdant Privacy for:
Money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
Transacting with proceeds of crime.
Attempting to exploit, hack, or disrupt the protocol infrastructure.
Botting or spamming the network in a way that degrades service for others.
4. No Warranty ("As Is")
The Verdant Privacy protocol and interface are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Verdant development team, contributors, and DAO members shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the protocol, including but not limited to loss of funds, data loss, or profit loss.
6. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the protocol after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
