Understanding Execution Logs

Verdant provides full transparency into how your privacy is achieved. The Execution Logs panel at the bottom of the dashboard acts as a live terminal showing the status of your Intents.

The Interface Structure

The log is divided into columns:

  • Time: The timestamp of the action.

  • Intent ID: A unique hash string identifying your specific request.

  • Operation: The type of action (e.g., SPLIT_INIT, ROUTE_HOP, SETTLE).

  • Status: The current state of the transaction.

interpreting Log Messages

  1. STATUS: PENDING_MATCH The Shadow Node is currently calculating the optimal path for your transaction.

  2. STATUS: FRAGMENTING [3/5] The Split Engine has successfully broken your transaction into pieces. The counter [3/5] indicates that 3 out of 5 fragments have been prepared.

  3. STATUS: IN_FLIGHT The fragments are currently moving through the blockchain. You may see multiple lines appear here as different shards execute their parts of the job.

  4. STATUS: SETTLED The destination wallet has received the full amount. The intent is complete.

  5. STATUS: FAILED / REVERTED The transaction could not be completed (usually due to network congestion or insufficient slippage tolerance). Funds remain safely in your shards.
